Penrith City Festival Parade

The participation of the PLCAA, PCC-NSW and its affiliates (Ilocano Association of Australia, Maharlika Inc, La Union Dance Group) and the Philippine Cordillerans NSW gave the people of Penrith a glimpse of the rich Filipino culture.

A display of the elegance and grace of the Filipino traditional attire.

The beautiful Kayumanggi Dancers, just did not stroll, they danced, thanks to Marie for the parade choreography.

Thanks to Lionel (Joker) and Eric N (Elvis) for really going out of their way to add Hollywood into the mix. We do realize the inconvenience you have to put up with due to sweltering conditions.

After the Parade , Picnic at Nepean Tench Reserve

Wow......Sarap Ng Lechon

A sumptuous lunch was a well deserved reward after the parade.
The PLCAA Penrith Festival Parade Committee headed by Dr. Eric Ruiz wants to thank everyone who have participated and help in one way or another for making the parade a big success. Your presence, your involvement and your costumes surely made our contingent very visible and well received by the parade spectators.
Let’s all keep up the good work. Mabuhay ang PLCAA. Mabuhay ang Pilipino.
