2020 PLCAA President Message

Good day everyone.  It is indeed, a great honour to be elected as President of PLCAA for the 3 rd term.   I am delighted and deeply grateful that once again you placed your faith and trust in me.   My involvement with this outstanding association is my pride and joy.   I pledge my commitment and dedication to PLCAA, to continue our aspiration in promoting our Filipino culture, values, customs and traditions within the context of a Multicultural Society. In the aftermath of the devastating bushfires and droughts that recently claimed severe losses to both lives and properties nation-wide, we thought, we could move on.   But now, we are experiencing the worst - a critical health issue around the world, the deadly Coronavirus.   This dreadful pandemic, will forever change the face of the earth and fill our lives with extreme sadness and fear.   Never in our history had anything like this happened.   At the moment, a lockdown restriction has been imposed to suppress the spread o
