Stir in glitter and sparkle through the presence of luminaries, national and local: Consul General Eva G. Betita, MP David Bradbury, Penrity City Deputy Mayor Ross Fowler, Cr. Ben Goldfinch, Cr. Prue Guillaume, Emeritus Mayor Pat Sheehy,
Spice it up with raffles for both the audience and the performers;
Blend it with the emcees’ skills (Eric Ruiz, Ninea Nepomuceno and Edwin Avila),
Don’t forget the food – all time Filipino favourites – turon, puto bumbong, bibingka, biko, dinuguan, suman, balut, pork bbq, arroz caldo, sago’t gulaman at kung anu-ano pa;
Bake it in a very warm room unavoidably but pour in a good measure of patience, humour and an absolutely terrific audience…
And hey presto – there you have it
PASKO NA NAMAN 2009!
