St Marys Spring Festival 2013 - Award for the Best Walking Group

Third time awardee, PLCAA got the Spring Festival Award for the Best Walk 2013.

Thank you to the PCFS staff and parents, you make PLCAA proud. On behalf of the PLCAA Board, thank you to PLCAA members who took part and definitely added glamour and much glitter in the PLCAA's walk.

PLCAA Objectives

1. To promote and appreciate the value of knowing Philippine heritage and culture through the learning and utilisation of the Filipino language.

2. To foster cooperation, friendship and unity among the Australian-Filipinos in the Penrith area of New South Wales and the Australian community in general.

3. To act as a source of information regarding the activities, accomplishments, aspirations and areas of concern among the Australian-Filipinos in the Penrith area.

4. To identify and address issues concerning the Australian-Filipinos in the Penrith area of NSW through its coordination with the Penrith City Council.

5. To encourage active participation of the Australian-Filipinos in the activities of the Penrith City Council and of other organisations in Penrith.

6. To serve as ambassadors of the Australian-Filipinos in Penrith through the functions and operations of the Penrith Community Filipino School.
